It is time to celebrate the gastronomic tradition of the Ribera. The city of Aranda del Duero hosts from 1 to 30 June the XXI Jornadas del Lechazo Asado, which this year also coincides with the recognition of Aranda as the European City of Wine. The reasons for celebrating are twofold, which is why the municipality of Burgals has organized a unique gastronomic experience. In this gastronomic event you can taste its famous suckling lamb meat, cooked in an oak or holm wood oven, through a special menu in any of the seven participating restaurants in the days.

These menus include starters, the main course, the roast lamb, a dessert and a Ribera de Duero denomination of origin wine. The most authentic cuisine on earth can be enjoyed throughout the month of June. And the price of the menu will be the same in all the places participating in the initiative: 47 euros including VAT.
