Bodega y Fincas de Aminga and Agroandina took part in this important national food and wine event that took place from May 25th to 28th in the province of Cordoba. After more than 2,500 visits to the Rioja stands, the balance was very positive.
It was the 15th edition of this meeting, created with the aim of promoting the Argentine gourmet market and cultural and commercial interaction. On this occasion, La Rioja was represented by its state-owned companies, which had stands and tastings of local products.
“Things went very well for us, there are always great experiences at the Expo Delicatessen & Vinos. Although we are already selling in Córdoba, we have made very interesting new business contacts,” says Daniel Vega, President of Bodega y Fincas de Aminga, about the participation of the company that owns the Febrero Riojano brand. On this occasion they brought the wine in all its varietals; Malbec, Bonarda, Cabernet Sauvignon and the classic Torrontés, the flagship varieties of La Rioja.
Agroandina presented its entire range of tomatoes, sauces, legumes and ready meals in its nine recipes; Locro, lentil stew, carbonada, Portuguese-style chicken, chicken sauce, vegetable soup, rice with meat, Bolognese and pork in sauce. “We are very grateful, it was a nice opportunity for people to get in touch with Sabores del Valle products. Although they already knew our brand, they were able to taste it and the stand was very crowded,” said Alejandro Carbajo, Agroandean Sales Area Manager.
It should be noted that both companies were also part of a deal where they could interact and generate new business connections with wholesalers and end users.
