500 ml of vegetable broth
250 ml of milk
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp thyme (dried or fresh)

Cut the onion, garlic and pumpkin (peeled) into large pieces. Put the olive oil in a large pot, put it on high heat and brown the vegetables.
