Shakira just showed off her strong physique in a new post on TikTok.
The 45-year-old singer embarked on a popular trend during her appearance Tonight’s show with Jimmy Fallon.
To keep fit, Shakira trains with famous trainer Anna Kaiser six days a week. She loads herself with fresh vegetables as well protein.
Shakira knows what it’s like to choreograph and dance together, so it wasn’t a surprise when she won a dance challenge on TikTok during her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”. The “Hips Don’t Lie” singer gave her personal touch to the trendy routine and her fans loved it. Shakira also posted the snippet on TikTok and already has nearly four million views.

Fans praised Shakira for embarking on the viral dance. “💃 Shakira Shakira 💃” commented one fan. “The girl has the fountain of youth in her yard ⛲😌,” added another. And a third user reiterated: “Who else has seen it 10 times?”. We have to raise our hands!
Social media trends aside, Shakira does a lot of cardio during her performances, so she needs it stay strong and fit. That’s why she works with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser six days a week.
“Shakira focuses on consistency in her training: strength, cardio, endurance, power, flexibility, everything,” Kaiser tells Vogue. One of her favorite workouts includes a 90-minute dance interval mixed with cardio flow, strength, and vinyasa.
But on the days he has long rehearsals, Kaiser told E! News that Shakira is opting for other forms of exercise such as strength training, high intensity interval training circuits, and swimming.
As for her diet, Shakira opts for fresh vegetables and proteins. She starts the day with eggs or avocado, with tomato, olive oil and sea salt. Other times, she drinks a smoothie with vegetable protein, berries, and green veggies or powders, Kaiser told E! News. And for dinner, she usually eats fish or pork chops with a salad or soup.
