How to make lentil soup with turkey ham

Turkey ham and lentil soup recipe

This delicacy has many preparations, but this recipe is a great opportunity to enjoy it.

– Vegetable oil spray

– 2 cups of lentils

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

– 1 liter of soybean oil

– Salt to taste

– 6 slices of turkey ham

– 4 slices of bacon, chopped or cut into strips

– ¼ cup white wine

– 1 teaspoon of onion powder

– 1 teaspoon of paprika

– Pepper to taste

– 150 g frozen pre-fried potatoes


For the lenses

1. Soak lentils for at least 2 hours before cooking

2. Drain lentils and wash with fresh water

For soup:

1. Heat a skillet, add spray oil and sear the bacon. Then add the previously soaked lentils.

2. Add wine, garlic and onion. Pour water and add parsley, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.

3. Mix all the ingredients and cook over high heat until the lentils become soft.

4. Fry the potatoes separately in plenty of soybean oil.

5. Serve the soup in a deep plate and serve with turkey ham. Decorate with the fries.
