Infusion and 1 glass of skimmed milk with 20 gr. of oat flakes and strawberries.
1 kiwi with 6 raw almonds.
ProcessingProcedure: In a saucepan with extra virgin olive oil, brown the previously hydrated mushrooms with salt and bay leaf; add the chopped leek, turnip, thyme, oregano, season with salt and pepper and continue to brown. Cover with the mushroom water and cook for 10 min. Add the vegetable noodles made with courgettes and pumpkin spirals. Serve quickly.

1 wholemeal biscuit with fresh cheese and Flow Vicasol tomato.
Egg whites omelette with broccoli
Processing: Al dente steamed broccoli florets. Beat 150 gr. egg whites with 25 ml of skimmed milk and spices to taste: pepper, parsley, turmeric … Brown the broccoli in a pan with salt, add the egg whites and cook covered over low heat so that it cooks without turning it upside down.
