- 1 carrot
- 1 potato
- 1 chayote
- 1 calcite
- ½ cup of broccoli
- ¼ cup of cabbage
- 4 tomatoes
- ¼ of onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 ½ liter of chicken broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste
