Nothing more comforting than a good John Gotti Sorrento dish (braised rabbit with almonds, celery and green onion), a Corleone lasagna (lamb, with Mozzarella cheesedried tomatoes and leeks) or Carlo Giambino lamb (with vegetable risotto and mascarpone).

In these parts you can taste various risottos (mushrooms, prawns or seafood); wok based on vegetables and noodles or rice; pasta like lasagna with Mozzarella cheesechicken, parmesan, ham and vegetables or cannelloni with ricotta, ham, Mozzarella cheese, roquefort, walnuts and Bolognese sauce; also meats such as loin with cheese fondue or matambre al verdeo.

With its weekly menu, this restaurant adapts to the seasons and climate of Buenos Aires, offering ideal dishes for every temperature. In their selection we can find meatballs, tripe in Spanish casserole and other creations of the chef, including homemade pasta. In addition, every week there is a soup in the foreground, to be drunk very hot.

The winter menu includes very comforting dishes such as pumpkin soup from the garden, grilled polenta with tomato sauce and grilled sausage, baked eggplant parmigiana, homemade potato gnocchi, grilled pumpkin sorrentine with smoked scamorza cheese and sage butter or spaghetti with meatballs and tomato sauce.

In this pasta bar there are all the classic ones and the characteristic ones filled with homemade sauces. In addition, there are creations such as Almóntigas (meatballs with “tucopesto” and grated cheese), succulent mac and cheesethe lasagna of the house and, the absolute protagonist, the imposing volcano of gratinated gnocchi, which is born inside a naturally leavened bread.

For cold days, Le Pain Quotidien offers delicacies such as onion soup (with baguette au gratin with parmesan), organic polenta with mushrooms (with blue cheese, Mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce), potato and semolina gnocchi (with a mix of grated cheeses, tomato sauce, organic vegetables and cherry tomatoes) or semolina and mushroom risotto (with pesto, vegetables and parmesan).
